Łysakowo [wɨsaˈkɔvɔ] is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Grudusk, within Ciechanów County, Masovian Voivodeship, in east-central Poland. It lies approximately 5 kilometres (3 mi) south of Grudusk, 17 km (11 mi) north of Ciechanów, and 93 km (58 mi) north of Warsaw.
