The 1945 Northwestern Wildcats team represented Northwestern University during the 1945 Big Ten Conference football season. In their 11th year under head coach Pappy Waldorf, the Wildcats compiled a 4–4–1 record (3–3–1 against Big Ten Conference opponents) and finished in fourth place in the Big Ten Conference. End Max Morris and guard Jim Lecture were selected by both the Associated Press and United Press as first-team players on the 1945 All-Big Ten Conference football team. Morris was also selected as a consensus first-team All-American.
