The 2003 Polish Figure Skating Championships (Polish: Mistrzostwa Polski w łyżwiarstwie figurowym 2002/2003) were the Polish Figure Skating Championships of the 2002/2003 figure skating season. The Polish Championships are held annually to determine the National Champions of Poland. They were held in Sosnowiec, between December 13 and December 15, 2002.
