The “‘2007 Kilkenny Senior Hurling Championship’” was the 113th staging of the Kilkenny Senior Hurling Championship since its establishment by the Kilkenny County Board in 1887. The Championship began on 15 September 2007 and ended on 28 October 2007.
Ballyhale Shamrocks won the fina for the second year in a row in a row, beating St. Martin's 1-20 to 1-10 in the final.
Mullinavat were relegated from the championship following 1-11 to 0-13 defeat to Young Irelands.
Clara were promoted to the 2008 Senior Championship after defeating St. Lachtain's in the 2007 Kilkenny Intermediate Hurling Championship Final.
