Winners of Türkiye Kupası 2009–10 qualify for the play-off round of the UEFA Europa League.
1On 7 October 2009, the Turkish Football Federation confirmed Ankaraspor was to be relegated to the TFF First League with immediate effect, after the relationship of its governors with those of Ankaragücü was deemed unsuitable for two teams competing in the same division. All Ankaraspor games in the 2009–10 season will not be played and are to result in a 3-0 Ankaraspor defeat by default.
