1Pohang Steelers, the winner of the 2012 Korean FA Cup, will qualify for the 2013 AFC Champions League.
2Because Sangju Sangmu Phoenix can not compete in the AFC Champions League, if Sangju would in the top three in the league, the next highest-placed team of the league advance AFC Champions League.
3Sangju Sangmu Phoenix withdrew from the league after Round 30.
