The 2012 Tuvalu Independence Cup, known as the Mackenzie Trading Tuvalu Independence Cup for sponsorship purposes, was the 18th edition of Tuvalu's national football knockout tournament. The tournament began on 7 September 2013 and finished on 5 October 2013. Six clubs participated. The defending champions were FC Tofaga.
