The 2013 season was the worst season for Negeri Sembilan's when finished 12th in the Super League (1 win, 7 Draw, 14 lost). In the Malaysia FA Cup NS only eligible quarter-finals. During the Malaysia Cup, NS become troublemakers in Group C while until the last game in the group to determine which teams qualify for the quarter-finals.
Negeri Sembilan do a massive reshuffle after the Hoben Jang Hoben team knocked out from Super League 2014. The first step that has been taken by PBNS is to induct V. Sundramoorthy as a Head Coach of Hoben Jang Hoben Team.
