The NAB AFL Women's Rising Star award is given annually to a stand-out young player in the AFL Women's (AFLW).Ebony Marinoff of Adelaide was the winner with 47 votes ahead of Sabrina Frederick-Traub of Brisbane, who received 41.
Every round, two nominations are given to standout young players who performed well during that particular round. To be eligible for nomination, a player must be under 21 on 1 January of that year and not be suspended during the season.
