The following is a list of National Football League teams with the most consecutive active seasons appearing in the playoffs. Thus the teams eligible are the teams that have qualified for the 2016 NFL Playoffs by either winning one of the eight divisions or by winning a wildcard spot at the conclusion of the 16 game regular season.

Notable current streaks in table are listed below in bold. Note only the longest streak for each team is listed, and that the regular season increased from 14 to 16 games in 1978, and only 9 games happened in 1982.
