Adams Springs is an unincorporated community in Lake County, California. It is located 3 miles (4.8 km) north of Whispering Pines, at an elevation of 2815 feet (858 m).
A post office operated at Adams from 1908 to 1960. The name honors Charles Adams, who bought the site in 1869. By 1910, a resort at Adams could accommodate 400 people, and a new hotel was constructed in 1927.
