Adelophryne maranguapensis is a species of frog in the Eleutherodactylidae family. It is endemic to a mountain named as Serra de Maranguape, Ceará state, Northern Brazil. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical humid forests and plantations in high altitudinal sites on the Serra de Maranguape. It is a bromeligen species and their eggs have direct development. It is threatened by habitat loss.
