Aktogay (Kazakh: Ақтоғай ауданы) is a district of Pavlodar Region in northern Kazakhstan. The administrative center of the district is the selo of Aktogay. Population: 13,735 (2013 estimate); 15,114 (2009 Census results); 21,056 (1999 Census results).
