Aljaž Struna (born 4 August 1990) is a Slovenian football defender currently playing for Palermo. He is the younger brother of Andraž Struna.
Struna started his career at FC Koper, where he played from 2009 to 2012 and quickly established himself as a starter.
On 21 May 2012, FC Koper confirmed to have sold Struna to Palermo, for €300,000. In the summer he moved Varese of the Serie B on loan, with an option for his new club to acquire 50% of his transfer rights by the end of the season. For the 2014–15 season he moved on loan to Carpi. Having contributed to the club's promotion to the Serie A, he returned to Palermo in the summer of 2015 and broke into the first team. He made his debut in Serie A on 30 August 2015 against Udinese.
Struna was a member of the Slovenia U21 team. He made his debut with the senior national team on 23 March 2016 in a friendly against Macedonia.
