Angel Gardens is a 34-storey building of 466 rental apartments under construction in Manchester, England. It will form part of the 20-acre (8-hectare) NOMA redevelopment. In January 2017, it was confirmed that the investor Apache Capital Partners and the developer Moda Living had secured £85 million in financing from the German bank Deutsche Pfandbriefbank.

Angel Gardens will be the first residential skyscraper to be built outside of London since the 2008 financial crisis.

It will be built by Carillion.
