Athara Hazari Tehsil (Urdu: تحصِيل اٹهاره ہزارى), is an administrative sub-division (Tehsil) of Jhang District, Punjab, Pakistan. Its capital city is Athara Hazari.There is a central mosque(Jamia Masjid Farooq e Azam).Mufti Sajjad Ahmad is the Khateeb of this mosque.There is a holy shrine of Pir Taj Din also.Mujawars live here in abundance. There is also a famous and fabulous girls college, which is known by Ehtisham Girls College.
