Bishop Augusto Paolo Lojudice (born 1 July 1964 in Rome) is a Roman Catholic church leader. He is auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Rome and titular bishop of the titular see of Alba Maritima.
Don Augusto Paolo Lojudice was born both within the secular Province of Rome and the religious Diocese of Rome on 1 July 1964. He studied at Pontificio Seminario Maggiore and frequented Philosophy and Theology courses from 1983 to 1988 obtaining the Licence in Theology.
He has been ordered presbyter on 6 May 1989 from Cardinal Ugo Poletti, then Vicar General of His Holiness for the Vicariate of Rome. He has been parish vicar at Santa Maria del Buon Consiglio (Rome) for three years then from 1992 to 1997 at San Vigilio (Rome). He has led for eight years since 2005 the Parish of Santa Maria Madre del Redentore (Rome). He has been Padre Spirituale at Pontificio Seminario Romano Maggiore from 2005 to 2014. Finally he was appointed to lead the Parish of San Luca al Prenestino (Rome), from 2014 to 2015.
On 6 March 2015, Don Augusto Paolo Lojudice was put forward as auxiliary bishop of the Diocese of Rome and titular bishop of the titular see of alba Maritima by Pope Francis. He received his episcopal ordination in Archbasilica of St. John Lateran, cathedral of Rome, on 23 May 2015 from Cardinal Agostino Vallini, Vicar General of His Holiness for the Vicariate of Rome; co-consecrant bishops are Romano Rossi, Bishop of Civita Castellana, and Paolo Schiavon, Auxiliary Bishop Emeritus of the Diocese of Rome.
