Australian Football International (AFI), is a world development body for the sport of Australian rules football.
Australian Football International's headquarters are in Melbourne, Australia.
Aussie Rules Schools was introduced to Santiago, Chile in 2016 as a pilot program for developing Australian rules football in Latin America. The program was funded and supported by the Australian Government.
The inaugural Latin America championships will be held in October 2018. The tournament - the Latin America 9s - will be played under the rules of Footy 9s. The Host City will be announced in January 2018.
