Begolli family

Begolli family (from Turkish: ubeg-oğlu - beg's son ) was an Albanian powerful ruling family in the area of İpek during the Ottoman Empire.

The Begolli were influential in Rrafshi i Dukagjinit (Metohije) area, Plav-Gusinje, and down to Shkodër. They were landowners and held private armies.
