Beitar Ironi Ma'ale Adumim (Hebrew: בית"ר עירוני מעלה אדומים) is an Israeli football club based in Ma'ale Adumim. The club currently plays in Liga Bet South B division.
The club was founded in 2004 after Maccabi Jerusalem/Ma'ale Adumim dissolved and registered to play in Liga Gimel. The club was promoted to Liga Bet at the end of 2006–07 season.
