Benidorm Island (Valencian: L'illa de Benidorm, Spanish: La isla de Benidorm) is a small island and nature reserve off the Spanish coast, near the holiday town of Benidorm, approximately 3.5 km (2.2 miles) from the Benidorm sea front. Tourists to the area can take boat trips from the mainland to the island to visit its wildlife, most notably its population of wild peacocks. Due to this, it is sometimes known as Peacock Island.
