Berea is a census-designated place (CDP) in Greenville County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 14,295 at the 2010 census. It is part of the Greenville–Mauldin–Easley Metropolitan Statistical Area.

According to the United States Census Bureau, the CDP has a total area of 8.0 square miles (21 km2), of which 7.7 square miles (20 km2) (96.25%) is land and 0.3 square miles (0.78 km2) (3.75%) is water.
As of the census of 2010, there were 14,295 people, 5,441 households, and 3,728 families residing in the CDP. The population density was 1,855.5 people per square mile (716.4/km²). There were 6,093 housing units at an average density of 761.6 per square mile (290.1/km²). The racial makeup of the CDP was 60.6% White, 18.1% African American, 0.51% Native American, 1.2% Asian, 0.007% Pacific Islander, 16.9% from other races, and 2.7% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 25.4% of the population. People of Mexican ancestry made the largest portion of the CDP's Hispanic or Latino population, at 14.1%.
