Beulah is a city in Mercer County, North Dakota, United States. The population was 3,121 at the 2010 census, making it the sixteenth largest city in North Dakota.
Beulah is home to the Dakota Gasification Company.
Beulah was founded in 1914. It was named after Beulah Stinchcombe, the niece of a local land developer.
