Bharath English High School (Tamil: பாரத் ஆங்கில உயர்நிலை பள்ளி) is a private educational institution which was established in 1977 to impart education to rural students. The school motto is "Truth, Brave and Bright". The school is located at Veerampattinam Street, Ariankuppam, Puducherry State. This school was situated at Kamaraj Nagar, Ariankuppam for a short while.
On 19 May 1977 the school was established but with a self restriction of not to collect any donations or building funds from the students but to collect only the permissible fees as prescribed by the Government of Puducherry.
The school was established by its Correspondent Mr. K.Parthasarathy in the presence of his father Mr. Radha alias Krishnan as its Convenor. The Headmistress of the school (Smt. P.Umadevi) had a lion's share on the task.
In 1995 the school entered for the 10th Public Examinations which is called the SSLC Examination being conducted by the Tamil Nadu State Board of School Examination under the superintendence of the Directorate of School Education.
The school has a library with computers.
The school has Physics, Chemistry and Biology laboratories.
To show the students the impact of historical events on their country the school has screened historical movies. The school has set up elocution and essay competitions on these aspects.
