The black-headed greenfinch (Chloris ambigua) is a species of finch in the Fringillidae family. It is found in Yunnan, northern Laos, eastern Myanmar and adjacent areas of Vietnam, China, Thailand and Northeast India. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical dry forests and subtropical or tropical dry shrubland.
