The blue-banded toucanet (Aulacorhynchus coeruleicinctis) is a species of bird in the family Ramphastidae. It is found in Bolivia and Peru. Its natural habitat is subtropical or tropical moist montane forests. It weighs 173–257 grams (6.1–9.1 oz.) and is 38–43 cm (15–17 in) long.

The alternate name blue-throated toucanet should not be confused with the species of the same name, Aulacorhynchus caeruleogularis.
