Brzeźno [ˈbʐɛʑnɔ] (German: Briesen, 1939-45: Hohenbriesen) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Czarnków, within Czarnków-Trzcianka County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It lies approximately 4 kilometres (2 mi) east of Czarnków and 60 km (37 mi) north of the regional capital Poznań.
