The CONCACAF Gold Cup qualification (CFU–UNCAF play-off) is an association football competition to determine the final entry into the CONCACAF Gold Cup. The competition is played over two legs and features the 5th place teams from the Copa Centroamericana (representing the Central American Football Union, UNCAF) and the Caribbean Cup (representing the Caribbean Football Union, CFU).
There were also previous editions of Gold Cup qualifying play-offs, involving different numbers of teams and formats, not always involving teams UNCAF and the CFU, and even involving a North American Football Union team on one occasion.
