The Cagayan Valley Rising Suns is a professional men's volleyball team playing in the Spikers' Turf, which is the male counterpart of the Shakey's V-League. The team is owned by the family of Alvaro Antonio (the incumbent governor of the Province of Cagayan) and is managed by his daughter, Criselda Antonio-Pua (the incumbent mayor of Alcala, Cagayan and provincial sports coordinator for the Province of Cagayan), herself, a former volleyball player.
