Carlos Julio Bustos (born April 16, 1966) is a retired Argentine footballer and current manager of Atlético San Luis of the Ascenso MX.
He was previously manager of the now defunct Toros Neza of the Ascenso MX, Monarcas Morelia and an assistant coach to Tomás Boy during Boy's tenure with Morelia.
