The Speaker of the Parliament of Albania (Albanian: Kryetar i Kuvendit të Shqipërisë), officially styled the Speaker of the Parliament of the Republic of Albania (Albanian: Kryetar i Kuvendit së Shqipërisë), is the head of the Parliament of Albania. The speaker's term coincides with the term of the Parliament and the chairperson is elected by a vote during the opening session.

If the President is temporarily absent or incapable of exercising his or her powers, the chairperson takes over the functions of the office, as specified by the Constitution.
