Cheruvattoor is a village in the municipality of Kothamangalam, in the eastern part of Ernakulam District, in the southern Indian state of Kerala. It is about 8 km (5.0 mi) from Kothamangalam, 10 km (6.2 mi) from Muvattupuzha and 16 km (9.9 mi) from Perumbavoor.
The main junctions of the village are GMHS School Junction (also known as High Court Junction), MM Kavala Junction and Govt. UP School Junction. These intersections lead to adjacent small towns such as Nellikuzhi, Paipra, Puthupady, Irumalapady, Methala, Odakalli and Thrikkariyoor.
