The Chirinda apalis (Apalis chirindensis) is a species of bird in the Cisticolidae family. It is found in the Eastern Highlands of Zimbabwe and Mozambique. Its natural habitats are subtropical or tropical moist lowland forests and subtropical or tropical moist montane forests.
