Cryptobatrachus boulengeri (common name: Boulenger's backpack frog) is a species of frog in the Hemiphractidae family. It is endemic to Sierra Nevada de Santa Marta in northern Colombia. The name honours George Albert Boulenger, an eminent herpetologist.
Cryptobatrachus boulengeri is found on rocks within fast-flowing streams in montane forests. It is threatened by habitat loss caused by agriculture, logging, and infrastructure development. Deforestation around streams is a particular threat.
