DXEC (MOR 91.9 Cagayan de Oro), is an FM radio station owned and operated by ABS-CBN Corporation in the Philippines. It is one of the 17 MOR radio stations of ABS-CBN Regional Network Group. Their studios and transmitter are located at Macapagal Drive (formerly Greenhills Road), Barangay Bulua, Cagayan de Oro City. It is a 24-hour operating station, except on Sundays where it signs off at midnight to 4:00 AM, and except Holy Week of each year where it signs-off at midnight of Maundy Thursday and lasts until 4:00 AM on Easter Sunday. The station has been leading on ratings for more than 20 years to the listeners of the city, with an upgrading signal of 8 kilowatts and it can be heard in Bukidnon as well as the Caraga provinces of Agusan del Norte, Agusan del Sur, Dinagat Islands and Surigao del Norte.

DXEC-FM started operations on July 14, 1995 as ABS-CBN Star Radio (few months after TV Patrol Northern Mindanao was launched) and it was first on-air is Dennis M. Ba-ang (known as David Bang), meanwhile some other listeners can't be listened to 91.9 but other radio station tuned in, but Ba-ang will say on its station ID was: "This is ABS-CBN Radio 91.9 MHz broadcasting from the City of Golden Friendship!" but station manager, Allesandro de Marchi told to Baang that our station operation was succeeded. A few months later, a KBP-PSRC Survey shows 91.9 spotted the market but they did not make it to top 1.

In 1996, 91.9 launches its own radio drama "Mula Sa Puso Ko" whom David Bang as Narrator and Program Director and also it won as Best Radio Drama Program in KBP Golden Dove Awards. As the radio survey thought last March 18–24, 1997, Star Radio 91.9 garnered the Number 1 Radio station against other radio stations in Cagayan de Oro City. In mid-1997, under the formation of Regional Network Group, ABS-CBN Radio 91.9 was relaunched.

However, in 1998, Dennis Ba-ang left 91.9 for other reasons but he decided to transferred to Iligan City for our own radio station. In 2000, Malvern Esparcia (known as Bernie Bitok-Bitok) entered on 91.9 from 94.3 Wild Zee and on July 14, 2001, our station celebrates its 6th year. It was asked and told to Esparcia but ABS-CBN Radio was changed its name to MOR (known as My Only Radio) and the tagline was "For Life!" Based on Cebu's Tagline.
