David A. Novstrup (born February 2, 1983 in Aberdeen, South Dakota) is an American politician and a Republican member of the South Dakota Senate representing District 3 since January 2015. He is the son of South Dakota Representative Al Novstrup. He was also a member of the South Dakota House of Representatives from 2007-2015.
Novstrup earned his BS in business management from Northern State University.
