De Morgan is a small lunar impact crater that is located in the central region of the Moon, midway between the crater D'Arrest two crater diameters to the south (about 15 km), and Cayley 3/4 of the crater diameter (around 7 km) north. It is named after British logician Augustus De Morgan.
Its diameter is 10 km long and is 1,800 meters deep. Also, the area is around 80 km² and the perimeter is around 35 km.
This crater is circular and bowl-shaped, with a small interior floor at the midpoint between the conical, sloping inner wall.
