Dias Keneshev (born March 31, 1985 in Urzhar) is a biathlete from Kazakhstan. He competed for Kazakhstan at the 2010 Winter Olympics. Keneshev was Kazakhstan's flag bearer during the 2010 Winter Olympics opening ceremony.
