Donald S. "Don" Bronstein (September 14, 1926 - April 14, 1968) is an American photographer of Jewish descent, from Chicago.

Bronstein was the first staff photographer for Playboy magazine. He photographed jazz and blues artists, particularly on the Chess and Argo record labels. Many of his photographs were used as album covers and he is credited on over 241 records, including People by Barbara Streisand, for which he won a Grammy Award.

While on an assignment for Playboy in Acapulco, Bronstein suffered a heart attack and died. Bronstein was survived by his widow, Susan and two daughters.
