Don Pimpón is a fictional character in Barrio Sésamo, the Spanish version of Sesame Street. He travels around the world, bringing presents for everybody when he returns. He claimed to be a friend of the Maharajah of Kapurthala, probably an allusion to the marriage of this Indian prince to Spaniard Anita Delgado. According to a song in the show Don Pimpón is a finch ("Pinzón" in Spanish).

However, Alfonso Vallejo, the Spanish actor who plays the role of Don Pimpón, has said that the character is based on himself.
