Thita Manitkul (born Thitiya Rangsitpol on 8 November 1966) is a Thai politician and congresswoman who represented Thailand from 2001 to 2005.

She was a first spokeperson for the Ministry of Defense (Thailand).Manitkul led the successful effort to enact the Conscription Payment Act of 1995 (military salaries must equal the Thai minimum wage) which resulted in more men willingly enlisting and fewer men avoiding the draft.

Manitkul was elected in 2001. She was the first female Army officer to have achieved elected office in Thailand.

As a Deputy Secretary of the Minister of Defense in 2002, she took a role in establishing the in The Armed Forces in 2001.

She was born and raised in Bangkok. Her father is Sukavich Rangsitpol former Minister of Education and Deputy Prime Minister.

In 1968 she started her education at Baan Dek Kindergarten. In 1970 she studied at Wattana Wittaya Academy. In 1981 she enrolled at Patumwan Demonstration School Srinakharinwirot University. In 1982 she studied at Chulalongkorn University (EBA). In 1985 she attended the University of Colorado Boulder's Economic Institute. In 1987 she earned her MBA at the University of Dallas (MBA).

As a Deputy Secretary of the Ministry of Defense in 2002,she took a role in establishing in Drug Treatment School in The Armed Forces in 2001.
