Duszna Górka [ˈduʂna ˈɡurka] (German: Karlstein) is a village in the administrative district of Gmina Krotoszyn, within Krotoszyn County, Greater Poland Voivodeship, in west-central Poland. It lies approximately 10 kilometres (6 mi) east of Krotoszyn and 90 km (56 mi) south-east of the regional capital Poznań.
