Elizabeth Koch (/ˈkoʊk/) is an American publisher and writer. She has published work for One Story, Columbia Journalism Review, the Los Angeles Review of Books, the New York Observer and other publications.
Koch grew up in Kansas before attending Princeton (where she studied English Literature) and earning an MFA from Syracuse University. She currently lives in New York. She was the editor of Opium Magazine.
She is the founder of Black Balloon Publishing and publisher Catapult, the latter was founded in September 2015.
She is the daughter of Charles Koch and Liz Koch. She states that she is "apolitical."
