Elloree is a town in Orangeburg County, South Carolina, United States. The population was 742 at the 2000 census.
Trinity Lutheran Church was added to the National Register of Historic Places in 2008.

As of the census of 2000, there were 742 people, 340 households, and 199 families residing in the town. The population density was 772.3 people per square mile (298.4/km²). The racial makeup of the town was 55.66% White, 43.94% African American, 0.13% Native American, and 0.27% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 0.13% of the population.
