Emanuel Porumbaru (Romanian: Emanoil Porumbaru) (1845 – 1921) was a Romanian politician who served as the Minister of Foreign Affairs of Romania from January 4, 1914 until December 7, 1916 under the reign of Romanian Kings Carol I and Ferdinand.
He died on October 21, 1921 in Bucharest. Street in Bucharest is named after Porumbaru.
