Exsudoporus permagnificus is a species of bolete fungus in the family Boletaceae. Described as new to science in 1981, it is found in Europe. In 2014, the fungus was transferred to the genus Exsudoporus, in which it is the type species. The creation of Exsudoporus follows recent molecular studies that outlined a new phylogenetic framework for the Boletaceae.
