Farm to Market Road 2154, or FM 2154, is a Farm to Market Road in Texas, running from SH 6, 4.5 miles (7.2 km) northwest of Navasota, northwestward to FM 1179 in Bryan. It is known as Wellborn Rd in Bryan and College Station. It passes through the cities of Millican, Wellborn, College Station, and Bryan. It is considered to be "Old Hwy 6"; however, both Business Highway 6 and the new Highway 6 are to its east.
For the majority of this road, there is a Union Pacific Railroad line that runs parallel to it; the railroad is the dividing line between the "Main Campus" and the "West Campus" of Texas A&M University.
A historical marker, located north of Millican, is adjacent to the road.
