Flexicrurum is a genus of small spiders from China, in the family Ochyroceratidae. It is similar to the genera Althepus and Leclercera. Males are generally smaller than 2 mm; females are unknown. The three described species were found in caves of Hainan Island.
The genus name is from Latin flex "curved", and crur "leg", and refers to the inner turned palpal tibia of the male.
