Forest View is a village in Cook County, Illinois, United States. The population was 698 at the 2010 census. It is close to Chicago and has a large Slavic population. The village, however, is primarily industrial.

Forest View is located at 41°48′27″N 87°47′10″W / 41.80750°N 87.78611°W / 41.80750; -87.78611 (41.807379, -87.786065).

According to the 2010 census, Forest View has a total area of 1.2 square miles (3.11 km²), of which 1.07 square miles (2.77 km²) (or 89.17%) is land and 0.13 square miles (0.34 km²) (or 10.83%) is water.

As of the census of 2000, there were 778 people, 302 households, and 209 families residing in the village. The population density was 749.9 people per square mile (288.8/km²). There were 312 housing units at an average density of 300.7 per square mile (115.8/km²). The racial makeup of the village was 92.93% White, 0.39% African American, 4.76% from other races, and 1.93% from two or more races. Hispanic or Latino of any race were 10.41% of the population.
