Forgive Me is the fourth studio album from Swedish singer Eric Saade. It was first released on 28 August 2013 in Sweden. The album topped the Swedish Albums Chart. It also reached the Top 50 in Finland, Norway and Denmark.
Prior to this album, Saade had released three albums in the space of 18 months, and after almost a two break, he returned with "Forgive Me", where he has co-written 12 of the 13 tracks.
Scandipop gave the album a positive review, stating "'Miss Unknown’ and the title track ‘Forgive Me’ stop the album from being a totally perfect record [but] other than that though, it’s a fantastic album. Not what we expected. And not what we thought we wanted either. But it’s an accomplished record that showcases an extraordinary amount of progression in his sound, yet still serves as an enjoyable listen from start to finish, for someone who has been an Eric Saade fan from Day 1." However, WorldPress didn't review the album, stating "it is too boring to review"
On 24 October 2012 Eric Saade released 2 new singles, "Miss Unknown" and "Marching (In the Name of Love)".
The music video of his song "Marching (In the Name of Love)" was released on 7 December and the music video of his song "Miss Unknown" was released on 12 December 2012.
The first official single, "Coming Home", was released on 24 April 2013 in Sweden. The song reached number 6 in Sweden.
Forgive Me is the second single released on 15 August 2013 along with a music video on his YouTube channel.
"Boomerang" is the third single released on 1st November 2013.
The album was released in August 2013 with 13 tracks, two of which were 'bonus tracks' of promotional singles, released late 2012.
